The Colorado State Poker Championships (CSPC) is a series of eight (8) sanctioned poker tournaments and events benefiting Poker Players and Colorado charities statewide. Tournaments will be hosted on a monthly basis. Each month will feature a different format, and a Champion will be crowned and a CSPC Bracelet awarded. Scheduled events tentatively include Individual 10K Deep Stack, 3 Player Team, Tag Team, Shootout, Heads-Up Double Elimination, and Individual 25K Super Stack. Tentative Event dates and Times are listed below.
Past charities that we have supported include: Adrenaline Chicks, Denver Dumb Friends League, Children’s Hospital, Progress for Prostate and more coming soon.

Event #9 – Tag Team Poker

Date: Saturday July 17th, 2010 Location: Greenfield's Sports Bar
Registration begins 5:00 PM Tournament begins at 7:00 PM

Format:
Each
team will consist of two (2) players. Team will start with 5,000 in
chips. 30 Minute blind levels.
On
each team, one (1) player will be playing at a time sharing a single
stack. The team will rotate players when the Blinds go up at the end of
each round. Team members will not be allowed to discuss their hands.
Door Prizes:
Door Prize Drawings will take
place all night long from our great sponsors and hosts.
Tournament Prizes:
Top
three (3) teams will win prizes from our sponsors. First place team will
receive the Winner's bracelets from CSPC, and then the team will then
compete "Head to Head" for the title of Champion. The Champion will
receive a guaranteed seat in the United Bar Poker Tour National
Championships held on December 17th, 2010 in Colorado.
